Compliance with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA)’s regulations are complex, but you don’t have to navigate the requirements alone. PSS’s approach will help accelerate preparing requirements for responding to the challenges of OMB Memorandum M-19-21 directive. Our approach will complete the necessary analysis and deliverables to build the framework that can ensure compliance and meet the directive’s target deadlines. Therefore, our Assessment phase will identify the current state of records (what, where, types, how much, existing tools or software) and the planning phase will create a roadmap to success ( includes strategy, governance, change management, gap analysis, timeline/milestone chart).
