PSS provides integrated Program/Project Management services in accordance with the PMI/PMBOK and ITIL best practices to achieve overall resource requirements and IT workforce augmentation of our personnel to ensure a strong, knowledgeable team. 

The PSS provides management and oversight of our customers’ projects through coordination of program Kick-off meetings, Program and Project Management Planning activities, Monthly Status Reports, scheduled and ad-hoc customer communications as needed. 

PSS prepares comprehensive briefings, provides technical support, and leads meetings and conferences to address tasks. Our PMP-certified project managers (PM) use industry best practices to develop, deliver, and perform against a comprehensive project plan and schedule. We work closely with our customers to monitor risks and progress against milestones, deliverables and to make the necessary corrective action when required for change management. 

Our Quality Management System (QMS) enables delivery of high value services throughout the project lifecycle. We base it on industry best practices on a combination of the PMBOK) ITIL, ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 3.
